So that code shows the font cache is different between runs, but font cache
entries can be relocated because of memory... so this may be "deterministic". 
If that's true, a prediction would be -dNOCACHE should make the problem go away.
 Debug switch -Zm with different runs might tell us why the font order in the
cache is different.
