The following patch fixes the linked issue 115: http://pastie.org/535805

It's most likely wrong, though, as it ignores the specified BaseEncoding, and it 
doesn't fix the similarly looking issue 130 (see 
http://code.google.com/p/sumatrapdf/issues/detail?id=130 ).
