The PDF-file which is in the ZIP-archiv contains 1140 pages. When this file is
converted to PDF, the processing aborts after ~ 800 pages. On Unix-platforms,
segmentation faults are occuring much earlier.
The command for the GS: 

gs -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=out.pdf 009993765-07.pdf

The conversion to PDF is necessary, because we want to create PDF/A.
