We have a customer test case, a PCL file having two pages.
When transforming it with GhostPCL 1.40 we noticed that the
first page is ok, but on the second page the text is 
shifted to the left. Only half of text fits into the page.

We can also reproduce this problem using GhostPCL 1.53.

I am attaching the sample pcl file and also the bmp files we
obtained when transforming with GhostPCL 1.53.
