cljet5c is a simple raster device that mostly uses defaults and has little
in common with cljet5.

cljet reports an error because clj_put_params() receives wrong, unscaled paper
size equal to 8.5 pt x 11 pt . This wrong paper size, probably, comes from
the driver itself.
