This looks like it may be a problem with the POST table in the TT fonts we
supply with PCL. The POST table indicates the .notdef glyph has a glyph ID of
224, which is incorrect.

It may also be a problem due to the way that pdfwrite/ps2write embed TrueType
fonts, by copying some tables and generating others, I'm fairly sure the POST
table is copied verbatim, and this may well be the source of the problem.
