changing subject to reflect the nature of the problem: ghostpdl (r10223, x86_64)
crashes if input contains h=1 or h=2 deltarow-compressed images.

For h=1 deltarow is poorer than RLE, so it is very unlikely; but h=2 probably
should be supported.
