fixed in revision 11953.  There is definitely work to do in the MSVC build for
the clean target.  We'll save that for another day ;-).

make clean now removes mkromfs.  I didn't see the need for a distclean,
eventually we'll do autoconf for ghostpdl and implement the standard targets
and Hin-Tak's comment #2 is reasonable for a clean target action but I prefer
to only remove program related files.
