There should be blue text on first page inside the rectangle frame (see e.g.
http://docs.google.com/viewer?url=http://www.fatsquirrel.org/veghead/wot/BS6008.pdf
or Adobe Reader) but using mupdf head as of today (8/11/2010), it isn't
rendered.
