GhostPCL head (r11628), generates a 4 page PDF file from the attached PCL file.
 Pages 1, 2, and 4 are blank and page 3 is mostly but not entirely correct (I'm
comparing page 3 to the single page that is generated when GhostPCL converts
the attached file to ppmraw, see attached screenshot.png).

The command lines I'm using:

  main/obj/pcl6 -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=test.pdf ./FM559OJ2.BIN
  gs/bin/gs -sDEVICE=ppmraw -o test1.ppm ./test.pdf

  main/obj/pcl6 -sDEVICE=ppmraw -sOutputFile=test2.ppm ./FM559OJ2.BIN
