eps file with color spectrum that is rendered incorrectly with gs HEAD

Hi,

the color spectrum at the top of the attached image displays incorrect with
current gs svn HEAD.(GPL Ghostscript SVN PRE-RELEASE 9.00 (2010-07-31))


when converted to pdf via ps2pdf

okular displays the correct spectrum but issues warnings
Error: Input profile is operating on wrong colorspace 
Error: Can't create transform 

acroread does not display the PDF and reports "A drawing error occurred"

gs displays the pdf file, but with incorrect spectrum.


There is no such problem with GPL Ghostscript 8.71 (2010-02-10)
