There are legal issues with having a wingding TrueType font, we substitute
Symbol.  The master output is formatted for A4 paper the default output for PCL
is Letter.


./pcl6 -J"@PJL SET PAPER=A4" -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOutputFile=foo.pdf
~/Downloads/Auftrag1_PCL-Quelldatei.prn 

should fix the clipping.

You can get the latest code with svn

svn co http://svn.ghostscript.com/ghostscript/trunk/ghostpdl

or wait for the next release, at the latest a couple weeks off.
