When converting the attached PDF to PDF with GS Head i get a /rangecheck in
--getinterval-- error.
After further investigation i found that this error is caused by the patch
applied to gs_ttf.ps to fix bug 691326 - if i remove the following lines from
gs_ttf.ps

line 467:
      scode ecode gt {   % Bug 691326. 
        /ecode scode def % Acrobat does this contrary to TTF spec that
      } if               % requires such intervals to be ignored.

line 486:
      scode ecode gt { /ecode scode def } if % Bug 691326. See above.

everything works fine.
