Many of the bugs I enter include either sample command lines or debugging
output.  The current bugzilla wraps these lines where the previous version did
not (see attached screen shots).  Ideally the wrapping should be based on the
width the user's browser window, but just having it as wide as the previous
bugzilla would be good enough.
