It fails with any command line
$ gs
Segmentation fault
$ pdf2ps file.pdf file.ps # doesn't depend on file. Only segfaults
Segmentation fault

It just segfaults with any file and with any command line, except `gs --help`

But 
$ gsx file.pdf 
works ok
