The ps2write device fails with an "Error: /nocurrentpoint in --run--" when
reading the file tests/pdf/Bug6901014_CImg_flyer.pdf (converting this file
directly to a bitmap works without problem).

The command line I'm using for testing:

  bin/gs -sDEVICE=ps2write -o test.ps ./Bug6901014_CImg_flyer.pdf
