segfault with <</UseCIEColor true>>setpagedevice

$ gs901 -q -dBATCH -dSAFER -dQUIET -dNOPAUSE -sPAPERSIZE=letter -g10200x6600   
 -r1200x600 -sDEVICE=bitcmyk -dCOLORSCREEN -dMaxBitmap=500000000     
-sOutputFile=xxx.bitcmyk     icc.nowts.ps  xxx.ps

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

Works without icc.nowts.ps.
