The patch ( rev 12062 ) works fine for viewing or generating TIFF/G4

But if you want to create PDF ( this is important for us, because we want
generate PDF/A ), the generation of PDF fails !

GS-call :  gs -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -dNOPAUSE -dBATCH -o out.pdf page40.pdf
