Even simpler version, where I have 'unrotated' the image.
It looks to me like incorrect values are being carried across scanlines; is it
possible that some caching is going wrong, and new values aren't being looked
up?
Like perhaps, only the first 'int's worth of a colour is being looked up, and
if it's the same, we don't bother relooking up the equivalent colour?
Thus places where the colour changes only in the spot colours aren't noticed?
