Adobe Glyph List updated in commit '7d2d1f22ddf751fe2d6e3f9c5821fbc30a102a6a',

gs_agl.ps has been removed and turned into a C file (and is now also used by
txtwrite). The Decoding/FCO_Unicode seems to be a quite different issue.
Decoding/Unicode was updated some time back, correcting various problems in the
file.

So I'm closing this as fixed. Anything else hasn't appeared for the last 5
years so it can't be important.
