MuPDF crashed after repeated selection of the PDF ISO reference or the PLRM.

Steps to reproduce:
Select PDF32000_2008.pdf
Select the Library back button
Do this nine times - MuPDF fails.

Unfortunately Xcode 4 doesn't display a crash stack in this case.  The best
clue I can find is in the Organizer / Console - with entries that say:
