Starting with fe8d7b6aebfed3c724a860e31ff170764d5429dc the following command
results in an indeterministic pbm file:

  bin/gs -o test.pbm -sDEVICE=pbmraw -r300 ./12-07B.PS

I've duplicated this on 64 bit Linux.
