This seems to be a problem involving the Luratec JBIG2 decoder (although the
root cause may be related to the stream length warning).

For the time being, adding "JBIG2_LIB=jbig2dec" (without quotes) to the (n)make
command line options will revert to using jbig2dec, which appears to work as
expected.
