I built gs 9.04 fresh from the gs 9.04 distribution and
ghostpdl.git-4d0f6ec.patch from
http://git.ghostscript.com/?p=ghostpdl.git;a=commit;h=4d0f6ec from bug 691978 .
 The patch applied cleanly, except for psi/psitop.c which is present only in
ghostpdl.

Unfortunately, the patch had no effect on the processing time of the 220 MB
pcab.ps test file.

"grep -c vmreclaim pcab.ps" returns 0, so I think that my test file does not
call vmreclaim.
