The PDF file was created by Adobe Acrobat 8.11 Image Conversion plug-in. The
PostScript output (the .prn file) has been produced by what appears to be the
Windows PostScript driver, ostensibly for a device named 'deskPDF'.

The PDF was not created by Ghostscript, the PostScript was not created by
Ghostscript, I fail to see any way in which Ghostscript is involved.
