Ghostscript command line is

gs -sDEVICE=x11 -dNOPAUSE -q -dDEVICEWIDTH=640 -dDEVICEHEIGHT=827
-dDEVICEXRESOLUTION=72 -dDEVICEYRESOLUTION=72 -dNOSAFER -dNOEPS -dSAFER -

Problem is that one cannot capture the PostScript input, as it is streamed in
and not put in a file in /tmp/.

dvips <dvi file>

produces a PostScript file which renders correctly.
