The sample file is truncated. It is easy to produce a syntacticly correct file
that does not print anything (because it lacks --showpage--) this way.

The sample ends with a partial ASCII85 string, which Ghostscript accepts
as a valid string. This is a bug indeed, but fixing it won't prevent all
other cases where a valid file produces no output.
