Found while building from ghostscript-9.05.tar.gz for the OS X platform using

./configure
make
sudo make install

Several doc files are forgotten by the install script, including

GS9_Color_Management.pdf
thirdparty.htm
WhatIsGS.htm

For example, clicking on the link "What is Ghostscript?" in
/usr/local/share/ghostscript/9.05/doc/index.html brings up a "File not found"
page.

Probable cause: the DOC_PAGES variable inside base/unixinst.mak omits the
missing files.
