I am not sure this is a bug, ghostscript 8.70 and 9.05 select different output
sizes for the attached file and Adobe Acrobat and Preview choose different
sizes as well.  None of the sizes match.
870 appears to produce a legal page and 905 ledger.  In Acrobat the converted
PDF seems to be A4.
