Simplified sample file.

AR renders the attached file as solid red.
GS shows a white hole in the middle.

The hole is caused by an object marked in the file as
  %%% This object overwrites the picture.
I don't yet know which part of GS to blame, but the file has been
reduced to just 15 objects.
