Many of these issues have been patched in
http://software.zeniko.ch/sumatrapdf/SumatraMuPDF.patch :

* added support for (some) alternative content
* added support for StyleSimulations
* fixed typos in xps_gradient.c
* added support for repeat and reflect gradients (although poorly for radial
ones)
* distinguished between stroke and fill paths
* fixed some tiling edge cases
* added support for ZIP64

and fixed several NULL pointer dereferences and memory leaks.
