May I add another request? The window name should display the "file name"
instead of the "pdf title" (like 'xpdf' does). The reason is that
1) It's easier to retrieve the file in a directory when the "file name" is
known
2) Many programs give useless "pdf title" (like "1/8" or "Microsoft Word"...)
