When the attached file is ripped by Ghostscript some of the characters are
missing.  Mu also has trouble with this file (see Bug 692949), but Acrobat
10.1.2 and Apple Preview 5.5.1 both open the file correctly.

The command line I am using:

  bin/gs -sDEVICE=ppmraw -o test.ppm
1_14_06_shakespeare_20basics_0017.pg.ptb.pdf
