Thanks again..

I've found a few interesting things.

If I disable "enable advanced printing features" on the advanced tab of printer
properties for bioPDF, then all of the fonts identify properly. If it's
enabled I get the font problem discussed in here. (and the filesize is a few KB
larger when it's "right")

I've sent bioPDF a number of emails this morning and last night regarding this
and I got a response back that they are looking into it.

We use bioPDF for automated printing and 'scooping' to our paperless office
system so NitroPDF won't work there since it can't auto-name the files (and it
prints significantly slower).

That said, we do use NitroPDF for editing and have a number of outstanding
tickets with them for other problems (crashes, etc) that they are diligently
working on.

I will say I do have a printing through nitropdf ticket out there where certain
horizontal lines do not show up properly in the resultant PDF (as they do the
actual report) that they have not managed to fix.. not sure if that's GS issue
or not though.
