This file demonstrates missing JBIG2Globals.

As for the heap overflows, I no longer have access to the file from our issue
1759 nor do I have any file for the other commented case.

As for the leaks, many file containing jbig in the name in your public PDF
testsuite and most such files I've shared with the MuPDF team should do.
