desired_result

The new ccitt raster decoder shifts the graphic slightly relative to HP. A
test file is attached to 692849. The file must be run in RTL mode for example:

pcl6 -lRTL -sDEVICE=ppmraw -o out.ppm <file.pcl>

The output is a large plot, the raster examples are in the lower right portion
of the plot. Each mode, uncompressed, adaptive, run length etc. are demo'd.
The CCITT examples are out of phase.
