OPTION 1:  Make default values for MaxBufferedTotal and MaxBufferedArea large.

Make default values for MaxBufferedTotal and MaxBufferedArea large.

If MaxBitmap is set and MaxBufferedTotal or MaxBufferedArea are too small
some documents will fail to display.

Rely on MaxBitmap too limit VM usage.
