Biggest part of the original code was written by Peter.
Unfortunately he doesn't work for GS now.
I wrote gs_cidcm.ps and made some patches to other modules.

Please don't worry Peter about this. He is old man and wants to relax.

When I worked on gs_cidcm.ps, I noticed most of your problems, 
but I had no time to fix them. Now it's a good chance for joint work.
