[Gs-devel] mirror.cs.wisc.edu ftp site down

Developers,

The ghostscript files are currently inaccessible on 
mirror.cs.wisc.edu.  Wisconsin are aware that there is a problem.
It looks like they had a disk failure and are part way through a
restore.  Only some very old ghostscript 3rdparty files are present.
The current release files are not there.
