I apologize for the delay in responding to this problem. Unfortunately,
the security issues in allowing potentially hostile PostScript files to
have file write access are not trivial, so it's taken us some time to
figure out exactly what we want to do.

We've assigned this bug a high priority and it will be fixed soon,
hopefully within the week.
