The file is incomplete, or assumes that the printer has a non-
standard operator oldsetpagedevice.
Add the following line just after %%BeginProlog
/oldsetpagedevice /setpagedevice load def
The files displays correctly after this.

For the gs-devel record, the creator was
%%Creator: (FreeHand 7.0: LaserWriter 8 Z1-8.7.1)
