This bug was recently corrected. The latest CVS view generates PDF files
that both GS, and Acrobat Reader 5 can handle.

They really aren't very large so I put all three PDF files that GS
generated onto the same FTP server -- names abbreviated to the last
2 characters 2d.pdf, a5.pdf and 31.pdf.

Also as you may realize, the 090017ad80b738a5.pdf file displays fine
(I went ahead and uploaded the PDF file created by GS from this).

Please test with the CVS head revision to see if it resolves all of your
issues and feel free to send more files.

Because the artifex_guest account has only FTP password protection,
I will disable the account until you tell me you have more files to
send. Then I will re-enable it with the same password.
