[gs-devel] gv and upcoming 7.31 beta release

Never noticed this, but sometimes when using vry large fonts gv fails
probably due to being unable to split the input stream into smaller parts.

 One problem with the current CVS is that by including pdfwrite gs for
OpenVMS crashes at startup. So practically the OpenVMS port is broken.
