Here is an additional comment to the patch.
In the bug scrub meeting someone suggested another method :
delete trash files which supposed to be ours.
Perhaps there is no safe method to determine whether it's an OUR trash.
Consider the scenario :
1. Another application starts a thread 1, which creates a temp file,
and passes the temp file name to thread 2.
2. The thread 1 completes;
3. GS starts with thread ID=1 and removes the temp file.
4. The thread 4 opens the temp file and crashes.
Well, the probability is small, but I don't like to
interfere 3d parity's applications.

I'm unable to debug the patch
on various platforms, therefore I'd appreciate any help with it.
The minimal test is just build and run.
If you modify a patched file, please send me the modified file rather than a
patch to patch.
