Sorry for not responding earlier. It's unfortunate that Filippov hasn't continued to maintain
his version of the free fonts; we were quite happy with his additions and there's still more work
to be done.
It looks therefore that we'll have to take up maintainership. Testing since we started officially
bundling the Filippov urw fonts for our free users has uncovered a couple of other issues that
should be corrected. I've opened a bug to document issues with the free urw fonts for our next
release; perhaps the best thing is to attach your additions there.

We are of course happy to take your additional glyphs. Since I'm not aware of a 'diff' utility for
pfaedit files, it would help if you could include a detailed changelog. We're particularly
concerned about quality of the existing glyphs; there are certainly problems with them, but we'd
want to carefully review any changes.
And thanks for working on this. Anything that improves the i18n situation is a valuable addition
of the free community and to Ghostscript.
