[gs-devel] ps2pdf working in cmd line but not using CGI - gswin32

Can anyone help?

I have the path in the environment variables pointed to
c:/progra~1/gs/gs8.51/lib and can run ps2pdf successfully from any directory
using the command line.

I can also create a PERL script that runs ps2pdf using system("ps2pdf
$path_and_file.ps $path_and_file.PDF") and run the PERL script from the
command line successfully.

However, when I run the PERL script from a browser using CGI, I get a
"'ps2pdf' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable
program or batch file." error.  

Any ideas?
