[gs-devel] Merger of ESP and GPL GhostScript: (Nearly) Completed

Hi,

I have (nearly) completed the merger of ESP and GPL GhostScript. 
(nearly) means that ESP GhostScript has perhaps smaller enhancements 
which I do not have overtaken. Mike?

with all files and a README with instructions. Please try it out.

GhostScript can easily be built without the third-party drivers (for 
example for distribution under a commercial license) simply supplying 
the "--disable-contrib" option to "./configure".

Please check also whether all the patches are OK.

Tell me whether I can upload the changes into the Subversion repository 
of GhostScript. Thanks.
