Huh??

The gscssub.[ch] isn't used (and hasn't been as far as I can tell since 
2002).

This was used as an early attempt to implement UseCIEColor which is now
implemented without the .setsubstitutecolorspace operator.

I guess we missed this back in May of 2002 when we got rid of the PS
operator. Thanks for pointing this out.
