[gs-devel] Copyright of patches for CJK

Hi, All.
I'm Koji Otani, registered patches in Bug Report #689304.

In Bug Report #689559, transfering copyright of these patches to
Artifex is required.

I am afraid that transfering copyright is very difficult, because Japanese
government's fund was used to develop these patches.

Is there other way that you can accept these patches ?
