[gs-devel] fonts --> dot matrix printer

Howdy!

I need help with picking faces that will look beautiful and crisp on  
a 120dpi dot-matrix printer (the one that I wrote the driver for in  
the last few weeks.)  The ones I've tried have been kind of ..  
lumpy.  The strokes on the letters are not even; they're thick in  
some places and thin in others.  Graphics (the eps tiger for  
instance) print out perfectly.

If anyone can give me a place to start out learning about using fonts  
in a low-res environment, I'd be most obliged. Thanks.
